Harry Potter fan Harry Potter enthusiasts are the most content and contented people on the planet, according to new research.
The findings were presented in a report published on Thursday by the Institute of Education and Research (IER), which said that fans of the series enjoyed the most happiness.
The study found that fans who enjoyed the series were the most satisfied with life.
The happiest fans were in the UK, Germany, the US, Australia and New Zealand.
Harry Potter fans in Germany had the most joy, followed by fans in France and Italy.
However, the happiness levels for fans in Russia, the Czech Republic and Turkey were also found to be high.
The institute’s director, Dr Joachim Schneider, said: “Harry Potter has given us such a rich and colourful world and is an icon of the global cultural community.”
Its been a huge part of our lives, and we want to give fans around the world the same experience, whether they are from one of our countries or the other.

The report also found that Harry Potter has been linked to more than 100 million deaths, with the vast majority of deaths being caused by the series.
More than 90% of all Harry Potter deaths are caused by its characters.
Harry is a fictional character from the Harry Potter books, which was first published in 1996 and spawned a film franchise which has grossed more than £1.2bn worldwide.
Harry has been widely recognised as one of the most beloved films of all time, with more than 8.6 million DVDs sold worldwide.
